Responsibilities:
- Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
- Practices fire safety and fire control methods.
- Manages the charbroiled chicken Chicka Loca cooking techniques.
- Mann the chicken ovens constantly and monitor temperature and fire.
- Cuts the cooked chicken into quarter pieces or smaller if requested.
- Ensures that ovens, hoods, and all related cooking equipment are clean and well maintained.
- Labels, initializes and puts away all food preparation in designated areas according to Chicka Loca FIFO method.
- Ensures all work areas are clean, organized, and free of cross contamination, according to food and health standards
- Ensures that all food is being prepared according to the restaurant recipes.
- Maintains supply of chickens based on demand patterns and projections.
- Communicates effectively between front of house and back of house stations.
- Assists in food line operations.
- Assists in deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Assists in tying skews.
- Takes out the trash.
- Provides superb customer service at all times.
- Maintains an awareness of all existing menu items, advertisements and promotions.

- Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts
- Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working with charcoal and heat
