Shift Leader

A Shift Manager is the captain of the shift and ensures processes are being followed by all team members correctly and efficiently. Shift managers assist in handling customer complaints and work with team members to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service are top priority.

Grill

The Chicka Loca is responsible for ensuring safe handling and preparation of raw and cooked chickens, to meet the safety and quality standards by staying up to date on food safety regulations, monitoring chicken temperatures throughout their shelf lives, ensuring all equipment is being used, cleaned and maintained properly, while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Food Service

The Food Service Member is a representative of our culture and values at Chicka Loca. They are the face of Chicka Loca through customer interactions and exemplify exceptional customer service while maintaining a high standard for food quality and presentation. This person helps to set us apart from other restaurants with their team-player attitude, earnest workmanship, and willingness to help others in order to accomplish fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Cashier

The Cashier is a representative of our culture and values at Chicka Loca. They are the face of Chicka Loca through customer interactions and exemplify exceptional customer service. This person helps to set us apart from other restaurants with their team-player attitude, earnest workmanship, and willingness to help others in order to accomplish fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Kitchen

Kitchen Team Members are responsible for ensuring all foods meet the safety and quality standards by staying up to date on food safety regulations, monitoring food temperatures throughout their shelf lives, ensuring all equipment is being used properly, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Additionally, these team members are responsible for cleaning dishes, kitchen area, food preparation equipment, and utensils.
